1. Data controller

Kiki Suite, with address in Spain and contact email soporte@kikisuite.com, is the controller of personal data collected through the platform.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, hashed password.
Billing data: legal name, tax ID, address.
Usage data: technical logs, AI consumption metrics.
Contacts and leads managed by the user within their CRM.

3. Purposes

We process data to provide the Service, bill, support, comply with legal duties and, with your consent, send marketing.

4. Legal basis

Contract performance (subscription), legal compliance (billing), legitimate interest (security and Service improvement) and consent (marketing and non-essential cookies).

5. Retention

We keep data while the account is active and for applicable legal periods after closure (minimum 6 years for tax data).

6. Processors

We use GDPR-compliant providers for hosting, transactional email and payment gateway.

7. User rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@kikisuite.com. You can also file a claim with the AEPD.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, auditing and backups.
